Ingredients
Organic Kale, Pepitas (Pumpkin seeds), Garlic, Parmigiano Reggiano, EVOO, Mint, Lemon, Honey, Salt & Pepper

*if not using it all at once, top off the pesto with olive oil to prevent exposure to air and spoilage
Instructions
Place the pesto in the fridge ahead of time (like the night before). You can also place the jar in a bowl of ice cold water on the counter and give it some time. I don't recommend defrosting straight up on the counter or in a microwave.
Don't heat the pesto, put some in a big bowl (roughly 1/4 of a jar per head) with some butter (if you like it rich and creamy) and add a little cooking water to warm up the pesto and make into a sauce. Toss in your cooked pasta, mix, salt & pepper.
