Ingredients 
Dough : Whole Milk Ricotta, Organic Spinach, Parmigiano Reggiano, Organic Eggs, 00 Flour, Nutmeg & Salt

Best Before 
Consume within 3 weeks 

Cooking Time
Bring a pot of generously salted water to a boil over high heat. Using a slotted spoon add the gnudi to the water and turn down the heat to a gentle simmer instead of a rolling boil. Gently cook until the gnudi float to the surface, about 3-4min. Then cook them for another minute. Using the spider or slotted spoon remove the gnudi and serve on warm tomato sauce or with a drizzle of sage butter. Top with Pecorino or Parmesan.
