Dough : Whole Milk Ricotta, Organic Eggs, 00 Flour, Semolina & Parmigiano Reggiano
Consume within 3 weeks
Add the frozen pasta to a pot of generously salted boiling water & lower the heat to medium. Gently cook until the gnocchi float to the surface, they're big gnocchi so you might want to continue cooking 1-2min (test one) and add to warm sauce / butter along with a little pasta water. Toss to coat and serve !
