INSTRUCTIONS The best way to defrost sauce is to place the jar in the fridge and leave it to thaw. You can also place the jar in a bowl of cold water for a couple hours. I don't recommend defrosting straight up on the counter or in the microwave but the jars are microwave proofed. Warm up sauce, add some butter if you'd like a richer texture. Toss in your pasta, mix to coat 1min.
